Dec 09 / Announcing our new company secretary

Building on our success in 2009, we’re pleased to announce the appointment of Dana Cable MAAT to the position of Company Secretary, taking over from Brian Headicar who has relinquished the role in order to focus on directing and further expanding our company’s activities.

Dana’s appointment, on the anniversary of her joining Ubichem, is a natural extension of her existing role as our Financial Controller; she brings a wealth of experience, having previously held positions as Financial Controller/Company Secretary across various industries, including construction, manufacturing, service
and most recently at a Southampton University ‘Spin out’. 

Outside work, Dana is married and has two children, which also keep her extremely busy!
