At Ubichem all in-house manufacture is carried out according to cGMP under a comprehensive quality management strategy.

Our Quality Management System focuses on quality management, documentation and records, materials management and laboratory controls, and is based on the principles described in the ICH Q7A guidelines.

Our cGMP commitment to you:

We operate 5 in-house cGMP levels; work at our pilot plant site starts at level 2
The level of GMP applied is determined by several factors relating to the nature of the material being made – starting material/key intermediate/advanced intermediate/API – and the Clinical Development Phase of the API.
The principle of multi-level cleaning procedures is applied: 3 levels are defined – visually clean, 0.1% and 10ppm
Materials which, in principle, do not require GMP are also made, so you can have full confidence in the quality of these products too
