A variety of contract types may be established according to the nature of the work, but typically Master Service Agreements are used from which Work Orders may be initiated. Contracts may be simple “kilo“, FTE or a mixture….back-loaded contracts where we share risk.

All IP generated during contracted research and development of course belongs to our client. We take the protection of IP very seriously and recognise it is the lifeblood of our clients. In fact in several cases we have been able to point out opportunities for patent iteration - broadening original discovery patents - as well as generating new IP covering novel processes.
